Gold Arcos is a hotel designed for all audiences, meeting the needs of guests looking to relax and enjoy their holiday. However, the hotel does not have facilities specifically designed for children, nor entertainment aimed at this audience. Children from 3 years of age are charged as adults.

Yes, we have 2 charging stations for electric cars. They are available in 3 time slots, and reservations are required at reception.

Yes, as long as you upgrade to a higher option. For example, if you have Half Board, you can upgrade to Full Board, but not to Bed and Breakfast.

No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Exceptions:

Service dogs from the Armed Forces and Security Forces on duty are allowed, as well as service dogs for disabled people who need them.

The access, stay, and accommodation of service dogs for disabled people are regulated by Law 12/2003, of April 10, on assistance dogs for disabled people in the Valencian Community.

Therefore:

  • You must carry and present your identity document, the service dog identification card, and the dog’s official health documentation.
  • The service dog must have its identification tag visible on its collar or harness and be microchipped as required by animal protection/health regulations.
  • The service dog must be kept close to you with the appropriate restraints and safety measures for its breed.
  • You must have civil liability insurance to cover potential damages caused by the animal to third parties.

Service dogs are prohibited from entering food handling areas and staff-only areas of the hotel.

Access to service dogs for disabled people may be denied in the following circumstances:

  • In case of imminent serious danger to the user, a third person, or the service dog itself.
  • If the animal shows signs of illness, such as fever, abnormal alopecia, diarrhoea, abnormal secretions, parasitic skin infestations, wounds that pose a risk to people, or lack of hygiene or care.

    We keep your personal data and any related information in files registered with the APD, with all the security measures required by the L.O.P.D. Your personal data will never be sold, given to third parties, or used without your permission.

    Depending on the type of booking you made, there may or may not be charges to your card.

    • If you made a non-refundable booking, the total amount will be charged to confirm your reservation.*
    • If you selected a semi-flexible rate, 50% of the total will be charged.*
    • If you selected a flexible rate, only the first night’s stay will be charged to verify the card as valid. This amount will be refunded immediately. If the card cannot be validated, you will be asked to update the details within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being cancelled.

    *These rates do not include free cancellation options.

    If you do not show up on the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the card left as a guarantee.

    In case of late arrivals, we recommend contacting us to notify us of your arrival. If you arrive after the expected date, pre-payment may be requested to guarantee your reservation.

    • From a Gold room to a Premium room, the cost is €12* per person per night. VAT included.

    You can take home the bathrobes (for an additional charge) and slippers (free of charge).

    Personal care amenities (comb, toothbrush, etc.) can be taken for free. However, bath gels, conditioner, and shampoo cannot be taken.

    With the exception of the Jacuzzi area, which is exclusively for GOLD PREMIUM and GOLD PLATINUM rooms, all other areas are accessible to all room types.

    The hotel does not allow access to unregistered guests. Rooms are exclusively for registered clients.

    If you would like to add a person to your reservation, please inform reception as soon as possible. An additional fee will apply.

    If the hotel detects that an unregistered person has used the rooms, a surcharge will be applied to the reservation holder.

    Non-registered guests can use the following common areas at the following times:
